I still remember that summer day on the beach in 2007 when I said to Tony, "I need to start working out on a regular basis again like I used to prior to having a family."  I can honestly say that hiring Tony as my personal trainer that summer was one of the best decisions I've ever made. There are no excuses not to workout since he brings the equipment to you and often does the workouts with you. I’ve worked with several trainers over the years and each time I found myself losing interest, unable to commit to regular conditioning beyond those first few “honeymoon” weeks. So when Tony and I began working together getting through 8 sessions in that first month was my goal. Since Tony creates variety, interest and new challenges with each workout the weeks and months flew by.  Now I have an entirely different perspective. I actually look forward to each session and I’m thrilled by how energized I feel when we finish. My strength, agility, and endurance continue to improve and just as important is the knowledge that I'm on a sustainable path. After a recent trip with friends I realized that I was unconcerned with the physical challenges we faced assuming my conditioning would protect me. I was right. I sailed through. So here I am, 24 months later, loving and committed to our sessions more than ever.  Even when I travel, often for weeks at a time I rarely miss a workout as Tony is always available for a FaceTime session. I am so grateful for Tony’s partnership in helping me make my health and physical well being a priority in my life.
